We use your mobile number only to send the SMS alerts you opted in to and the messages that confirm your opt-in or opt-out.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning SMS alerts off in Shannon.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that host and operate Shannon on our behalf and under our instructions, when the law requires it, or as part of a merger or acquisition of our business. None of this sharing includes mobile opt-in data or SMS consent.

Shannon uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. We do not use advertising cookies.

We keep information for as long as your account is open and as long as we need it to meet legal and data-provider obligations. We keep records of SMS consent and opt-outs as long as needed to show that a message was sent with consent. We protect information with access controls and encryption in transit.
