Shannon provides market data, analytics, scores and alerts for information purposes only. Shannon is not a broker or a trading platform, does not execute trades and does not hold funds.

Nothing in Shannon, including alerts and text messages, is investment advice, a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any security. You are responsible for your own decisions.

• Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

• Do not copy, resell or redistribute market data or content from Shannon unless we allow it in writing.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or its security.
• Follow the exchange data agreements and attestations you accept during onboarding.

Market data, news and other content come from exchanges and third-party providers. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and they are subject to those providers' own terms. We do not guarantee their accuracy or availability.

Shannon SMS Alerts by TradeInsight AI sends text messages about the alerts and market-awareness conditions you configure in Shannon, such as a price level, a percentage move, a volume threshold, a news channel match or a score change. The program sends account notifications only, never marketing.

• Opt in on the SMS alerts page in Shannon by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box. We send a confirmation text when you opt in.
• Message frequency varies with the alerts you configure.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We confirm the opt-out and send no further alerts unless you opt in again. Reply START to resubscribe after replying STOP.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@tradeinsight.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using Shannon.
• SMS alerts are available for US mobile numbers only.
• We handle your number and consent as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share them with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Shannon, its software, scores and design belong to TradeInsight AI or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Shannon under these Terms.

Shannon is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, TradeInsight AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses that come from trading or investment decisions, delayed or missed alerts, or data errors.

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we tell you in Shannon or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Shannon after that, you accept the updated Terms.
